Not at all. MMA training is scalable for all fitness levels.
We teach MMA-specific training. At Cage Kombat, we believe that true MMA fighters are always open to all forms of fighting. And that all fighting styles are equal.
Other gyms break up the styles into separate classes. But that can cause more harm than good. Separating styles can cause divisibility and conflict with your schedule and, above all, your growth.

However, we do incorporate the following styles into a Modern Hybrid MMA System.

Safety is a top priority. Beginners start with controlled drills and technique work. We are Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certified through American Red Cross.
Yes. Both group and private sparring sessions.
No. You can train purely for fitness and self-defense. Sparring and competition are optional.
2–3 classes per week is recommended, but we are advocates for learning at a pace that’s comfortable.

Typically, around 7 years old.
Yes. Master Tyler has a lifetime of experience volunteering for children and adults with special needs. In fact, our head grappling coach, Mitchell, has Down syndrome and has worked with Master Tyler for over 10 years, developing his skills.
Yes. Our zero commitment, FREE trial class, is a one-time-only, 60-minute MMA session that covers fundamentals. You will discover your fighting stance, and how to move, block, and strike.
We offer:

· Kombat on Demand: 60 min class/
· Kombat All Access: Month-to-month membership/ 0, zero startup cost, no cancellation fees

· MMA Blackbelt Program
· Unlimited private and personal 60 min. MMA coaching, daily

No. We supply everything you may need for an MMA class. However, if you wish to spar, you must own the following:
· 18oz Boxing Gloves
· 8oz MMA Gloves
· Hand wraps
· Shin guards
· Mouthguard
· Groin protection for men
No. But we are happy to make recomendations based on your individual needs.
The Cage Kombat Dojo is:
· Safe, clean, and sanitary

· Structured and organized
Classes run 60 minutes.
Our full schedule is exclusive to active members, but Cage Kombat is open:
· 7 days a week
· Morning classes
· Evening classes (most popular)
· Weekend sessions
After becoming a member, you gain access to our privet schedule, where can book a course of your choosing, online or on our app.
